Compass Energy Solutions, through its founders and principals, has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from several million-dollar down to relatively small projects. The type of facilities has included Higher Education, K-12, Cities, Counties, State Facilities, and Commercial and Industrial Complexes.
The Compass Energy Solutions staff:
- Performs comprehensive energy analysis
- Identifies and develops customized and cost effective energy conservation measures
- Prepares required plans and specifications to have energy conservation opportunities installed
- Solicits subcontractor proposals
- Makes recommendations for contract awards
- Selects most qualified and acceptable subcontractor
- Manages the implementation process
- Provides operator training and equipment and workmanship warranties during and at the conclusion of construction and commissioning
- Performs communications with all applicable utilities to secure energy rebates and incentives
- Will obtain all required permits and licenses, all under one integrated energy services agreement, on behalf of the client
